- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Orders and Purchases
- All orders are subject to product availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
- Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability
- We will notify you if an ordered item is unavailable
4. Payment
- We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets via our secure payment gateway
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway
- We do not store your payment card details
- In case of payment failure, the amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹10,000
- COD orders have a ₹30 handling fee
- COD payment is collected at the time of delivery
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship across India. International shipping is not currently available
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days (₹99 flat rate)
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500
- Standard shipping: ₹40 for orders below ₹500
- Orders processed within 24-48 hours (business days)
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled with the following charges based on timing:
- Within 1 hour: FREE cancellation (100% refund)
- 1-24 hours: 5% cancellation charge
- 1-3 days: 10% cancellation charge
- 3-7 days: 15% cancellation charge
- After 7 days or if shipped: 20% cancellation charge
- After delivery (returns): 25% restocking fee
Return Policy:
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (25% restocking fee applies)
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received
- Certain items (incense, consumables, customized products, sacred books) are non-returnable
- Free return shipping for damaged/defective items
- Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns
Refund Details:
- Refunds include product price, discount, shipping charge, and full tax amount (GST)
- Cancellation charges are deducted from the refund amount
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
- COD refunds via bank transfer (7-10 business days after bank details provided)
